Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Apparel Merchandiser. The Senior Apparel Merchandiser will oversee the planning, sourcing, and management of apparel stock, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include communicating with vendors, managing timelines, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, forecasting trends, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve analyzing market trends to stay competitive in the retail and fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with suppliers, vendors, and team members
• Experience in Sales and Retail to drive apparel-related revenue and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Marketing with a focus on trend forecasting and brand alignment
• Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising within the apparel or fashion industry
• Familiarity with New Delhi’s local fashion and retail landscape is a plus
