Senior App Developer ( Full Time - Gurgaon ) About the Role We?re looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our mobile development team and lead the charge in building high-quality Android applications. You will play a key role in shaping our mobile architecture, improving performance, and driving best practices. If you are passionate about shipping reliable mobile apps and have experience with Firebase, Sentry, OTA updates, and Play Store releases, we?d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-performance Android applications using React Native . Deliver clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code. Collaborate with product, design,and backend teams to create seamless mobile experiences. Handle app releases,updates, and deployments on the Google Play Store . Implement and manage OTA (Over-The-Air) updates using tools like CodePush. Integrate and manage tools such as Firebase (Crashlytics, FCM) and Sentry formonitoring, analytics, and performance. Contribute to architectural decisions and technicaldesign discussions. Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load time. Write automated testsand ensure robusterror handling and app stability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team knowledge sharing. Apply and advocatemodern mobile development practices and tools. Good to have domain experience in WarehouseManagement Systems (WMS) , Inventory , and Order Processing . Must-Have Skills 4?5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with React Native , focused on Android . Strong knowledge of JavaScript(ES6+) , React Native architecture , and component lifecycles . Solid grasp of OOP concepts , data structures, and core computerscience fundamentals. Practical experience with Firebaseservices , such as Crashlytics, Remote Con?g, and FCM. Familiarity with Sentry or other monitoring/logging tools. Experience managing Play Store deployments , versioning, and crash analysis. Good understanding of native Android development tools and libraries (Android Studio, Gradle). Comfortable with RESTful APIs ,o?ine storage, local caching, and syncing mechanisms. Familiarity with custom UI development and animations. Pro?ciency with version control systems like Git and agile development work?ows. Quali?cations Bachelor?s or Master?sdegree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related?eld. 4?5 years of mobile development experience, primarily in React Native for Android . Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable code. Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup-like, fast-paced environment .
