Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain APIs for various banking applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of APIs Optimize API performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API development Mentor and guide junior developers in the team Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in API development Strong knowledge of API design principles and best practices Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js Experience with API management tools such as Apigee or Mulesoft Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Parameters Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is preferred Certification in API development is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for API development and a desire to be a part of a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you!
