Job Description
Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Analyst- Treasury Operations Function/ Department : Wholesale banking Operations Job Purpose The candidate will be responsible for validating the documents related to the Treasury transaction, mainly comprising of underlying/ Board resolution, ISDA's, Suitability and Appropriateness and other agreements. All these documents are critical to the Treasury deals and require scrutiny. Deep understanding of the product, regulatory guidelines, interpretation of documents, relevant clauses, etc. are a prerequisite for the role. Roles & Responsibilities Regulatory &Compliance - The desk works under a highly regulated and closely scrutinized environment. The candidate should be well versed with the extant guidelines, associated risk and mitigants. Document Scrutiny- The candidate will be required to validate all the documents coming to Treasury as back paper to the Fx and Derivate deals. These documents will entail, the Board Resolutions, Partnership Letters, ISDA and other onboarding documents. UL validation- All the FRWD and Derivative deals of the clients are backed by underlying documents. These documents can be in form of Invoices, agreements, etc. The candidate will need to validate these documents and should have proper understanding of various clauses incorporated therein. Candidate will be responsible for tracking the documents, ensuring the correct product tagging to the customer. Should be escalating to seniors all issues which require clarifications. Secondary Responsibilities Understanding the system functionalities and ability to highlight inconsistencies. Bring new ideas and work towards improving efficiency on the desk. Identifying the process which can be automated and drive the automation journey. Managerial And Leadership Responsibilities MIS- The candidate will be responsible for circulating the MIS related to pending documents/ UL etc. to various stakeholders on regular basis. Audit- The candidate will be required to provide the data to auditors. Education Qualification Graduation: Bachelor?s degree any relevant stream Post-graduation: Any Stream Experience: 02+ years of relevant experience.
