Senior Analyst - Monitoring IPO

Job description ????Role and Responsibilities ??Lead the analysis of IPO proceeds utilisation in compliance with internal SOPs, SEBI regulations, and objects stated in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for issuers ??Oversee data collection from internal rating sources, external auditors, registrars, and stock exchanges ??Conduct detailed forensic audits and risk evaluations and prepare comprehensive monitoring reports, including issue timelines, object details (e.g., capital expenditure, debt repayment, infrastructure investments), and deviations, if any ??Manage relationships with issuers, compliance officers, CFOs, and external stakeholders such as NSE, BSE or other stock exchanges ??Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., credit rating, research) and external parties for timely data gathering and resolution of discrepancies ??Handle any ad-hoc tasks related to public issue monitoring, such as rating history reviews and share price analysis ??Ensure adherence to monitoring agency notes for net proceeds utilisation across sectors Preferred candidate profile 4-7 years in the Financial Services Industry, with at least 2 years in monitoring, credit rating, or related audit functions or experience in the IPO industry. Skill Sets: ??Due Diligence of Seller/ Contracts, Invoice verification, Inter-related party transactions ??Advanced auditing and forensic audit capabilities ??In-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking, SEBI regulations, and IPO processes ??Strong report writing and data visualisation skills ??Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and financial modelling tools ?
