About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Supporting the DCM / LCM team of a leading bank with familiarity with loan syndicated facilities, bank group analysis, pricing grids, documents like credit and amendment agreements, credit memos, lender presentations, and credit analysis involving ratios such as debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR), Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) and Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio (FCCR).
• Preparing analyses such as covenant analysis, capital structure analysis, and other ad hoc requests.
• The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their requirement, estimating efforts involved and committing delivery timelines, structuring work, and delivering the reports / analyses.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA, or equiv.).
• Relevant years of relevant IB/DCM/LCM experience.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Excellent working knowledge of credit platforms such as nCino in context of Debt Capital Market.
• Ability to handle pressure of working in fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
