Summary Of The Role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in SAP S/4 Fashion Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to join our Global Supply Chain IT organisation. This role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to design SAP S/4HANA Fashion solutions that enable world-class Procure-to-Pay processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP S/4HANA Fashion, with experience delivering scalable solutions across Purchasing, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Supplier Collaboration. We ask that you have close collaboration with partners, technical teams, and implementation partners to lead digital transformation and process improvement across our global operations.

About The Role

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4 Fashion MM solutions supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Partner with team members to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support Purchasing, Outline Agreements, Purchase Orders, Inbound Deliveries, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Collaboration processes.
• Collaborate with teams including Finance, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and external solution providers.
• Improve adoption of SAP standard functionality, Fiori applications, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in continuous improvement programmes.
• Support global SAP implementation projects, enhancements, testing, and release activities.
  
  

About You

• 8+ years of SAP Materials Management (MM) implementation and support experience.
• 3+ years of SAP Fashion experience using SAP S4 Fashion, SAP AFS or FMS.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Inbound Logistics.
• Experience integrating SAP with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supplier Collaboration platforms (preferably Infor Nexus), and Accounts Payable solutions.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, Business Workflow, and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Exposure to SAP Business AI (Joule/Copilot), SAP BTP, or intelligent automation solutions is good to have.
• Experience working in Agile project environments with global teams.
• Functional expertise in SAP S/4 Fashion Materials Management and Procure-to-Pay.
• Knowledge of global supply chain processes within the Apparel, Fashion, or Retail industry.
• Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• SAP S/4 HANA certification is good to have.
