Senior Analyst - Design

Job Description

Position Overview: We seek a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic Digital Marketing/Social Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that enhances JLL's brand presence across various Digital Marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Create graphics, infographics, animations, and short & long video content that align with JLL's brand guidelines and marketing objectives Short & Long video creation using Canva and Adobe Suite Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts that support marketing campaigns and initiatives Design all digital assets for JLL which include but not limited to Social media posts, Videos,Emailers, Banners etc. Adapt designs for different social media platforms and formats Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in design Ensure all designs are on-brand, innovative, and effectively communicate JLL's message Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive social media content Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design work Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirement Excellent visual and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
