We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – HR Tech Application Support to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications. This is a techno-functional role responsible for production support, application enhancements, release management, system configuration, and stakeholder collaboration across HR Technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation, Core HR, and Oracle HCM Cloud technologies, along with hands-on experience in SQL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, HDL, integrations, and application support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-2 application support and resolve complex Oracle Fusion HCM issues.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Compensation plans, salary reviews, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Support Core HR configurations and business process enhancements.
• Manage application releases, upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Develop and troubleshoot HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and Fast Formulas.
• Support workflows, eligibility profiles, and Oracle HCM integrations.
• Coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor engagements, escalations, and support activities.
• Drive continuous process improvements, governance, and documentation.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and change management initiatives.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
