Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in building scalable, real-time AI systems on Microsoft Azure. The role involves end-to-end ownership of architecture, AI/ML pipelines (especially Speech & NLP), backend systems, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, low-latency AI systems on Azure
• Build and optimize speech-to-text and NLP pipelines (ASR, keyword detection, semantic search)
• Develop Python-based microservices and real-time data pipelines (Event Hubs, Service Bus)
• Implement efficient search and indexing solutions (Azure Cognitive Search)
• Lead client discussions, solution design, and technical demos
• Mentor team members and drive code quality, scalability, and delivery
• Manage deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance tuning on Azure

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in AI/ML, backend, or distributed systems
• Strong expertise in Python and system design
• Hands-on experience with Azure (AI services, data pipelines, cloud architecture)
• Experience building production-grade, scalable, real-time systems
• Strong knowledge of NLP pipelines and search/indexing systems
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and client-facing roles

Good to Have

• Experience in Speech AI / ASR systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
• Exposure to MLOps (Azure ML) and high-throughput systems
