Must have skills required: Python, Generative AI, GenAI, LLM, rag, VectorDBs, Fine Tuing Outcome is Looking for: About Outcome Building an AI orchestration platform that automates workflows for the commercial real estate industry Mission: Move business teams from manual outputs to strategic outcomes Eliminates “swivel chair” work by connecting siloed SaaS applications Unlocks billions in value trapped in disparate systems Founded by team behind Rise Buildings (acquired by VTS) Deep industry expertise in commercial real estate Scaling AI-powered automation platform to transform the $7T+ global real estate industry The Role: Senior AI/ML Developer (Generative AI) Join the core engineering team to build and scale the AI orchestration platform Responsible for data ingestion, normalization (industry-specific fine-tuned models), and automating workflows taking analysts 4+ hours weekly Key Responsibilities Agentic Workflows: Build robust agentic workflows using frameworks like Lang Graph, CrewAI, OpenAI SDK, etc. AI Pipeline Development: Design and implement data ingestion pipelines to process emails, PDFs, Excel files, API data from property management systems LLM Integration: Integrate with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for document processing, data extraction, workflow automation Data Processing & Normalization: Develop data transformation systems using Pydantic for schema validation/normalization across diverse industry sources Workflow Orchestration: Create automation for processing property management reports, generating box score summaries, triggering downstream actions Vector Database Management: Set up and optimize vector storage for private warehouse and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems API Development: Build APIs for automation engine and 3rd party integrations with real estate software Performance Optimization: Ensure sub-10 minute processing for complex workflows with 99.9% accuracy Monitoring & Reliability: Implement comprehensive logging, error handling, monitoring for production workflows Required Technical Skills Core Python: 4+ years professional experience, strong async programming, multiprocessing, Generative AI Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex (RAG apps, document processing), OpenAI API (GPT-4, embeddings, functional calling), Anthropic Claude API, Hugging Face Transformers, model deployment Data Processing: Advanced with PyDantic (validation, serialization), Pandas/Polars (data manipulation), document processing (PDFs, Excel, Emails) using PyPDF2, OpenPyExcel, and email parsing Vector Databases: Experience with Quadrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis; time-series/cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS) or Azure; infrastructure as code experience API Development: FastAPI, RESTful services, webhook handling DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines Monitoring: Datadog, New Relic Preferred Qualifications Background in AI/Data: Experience with OCR, intelligent document processing, browser automation (Selenium, Playwright) for SaaS integrations Understanding of enterprise security/data privacy Proven experience with fine-tuning language models, domain-specific AI applications What We Offer Build cutting-edge AI systems automating entire industries Work with founders with industry and AI expertise Significant growth opportunities Ground floor—shape technical architecture and team Competitive salary + equity packages Comprehensive benefits Flexible remote-friendly work culture + optional office access Ideal Candidate Profile Senior AI/ML developer passionate about applying AI to real business problems Experience with production AI systems for complex, unstructured data; can architect scalable solutions Thrives in fast-paced, high-impact teams automating multi-billion dollar workflows Brings deep technical rigor, attention to detail, and collaborates closely with domain experts How to apply for this opportunity?
