About the Role

GE ERAC is building a new Emerging Technology team focused on advanced AI solutions. We are looking for a Senior AI Technical Solution Architect who can design, build, and lead enterprise-wide AI and agentic solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure AI Foundry.

You will guide strategy, support developers, improve existing AI use cases, and help build an internal AI Community of Practice. You will work closely with a Senior AI Leader for direction and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, enterprise-grade AI and agentic solutions.
• Define AI strategy and best practices for the organization.
• Support developers in integrating AI tools into their workflow.
• Use Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft AI technologies for solution development.
• Improve current AI projects and drive better outcomes.
• Help build an AI Community of Practice.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building enterprise AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI architectures.
• Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience working in secure, governed enterprise environments.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Responsible AI practices
