Role/ Job Title: Senior AI Product Manager

Business: Data & Analytics

Function/ Department: Data & Analytics

Job Purpose :

'*Execute AI-led process transformation initiatives by translating business problems into deployable AI and automation solutions.

Drive design, development, and deployment of AI-based automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize AI products and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'1. Work with Operations, Underwriting, Product and other functional teams to identify manual / repetitive processes suitable for AI-driven automation.

Translate business requirements into solution specifications, workflows, and AI product features.
Support design and implementation of GenAI, ML-driven, and rule-based automation solutions.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure availability and readiness of required datasets in the Datalake.
Build, enhance, and support automation workflows using tools such as Python, PySpark, Airflow, and APIs, in collaboration with technical teams.
Track execution progress, monitor performance of implemented solutions, and prepare structured updates.

Secondary Responsibilities :

'1. Conduct feasibility analysis, data assessment, and proof-of-concept exercises for proposed automation opportunities.

Assist in evaluating tools, platforms, and vendors relevant to AI and process automation.
Support documentation of process flows, solution design, architecture, and best practices.
Contribute to development of reusable automation frameworks and components..

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

'1. Provide day-to-day technical and functional guidance to analysts and junior team members.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
Promote a culture of structured problem-solving, disciplined execution, and innovation.
