We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop intelligent, scalable, and cloud-native AI systems. This role focuses on building advanced agent-based architectures and runtime components that power next-generation AI and LLM-driven solutions. What You?ll Do This role will require you to Build and optimize AI and LLM-based agents, including runtime components for orchestration, data retrieval, and execution across distributed environments. Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, vector stores, and NLP pipelines to enable intelligent automation and conversational capabilities. Work with MCP servers, Python, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver resilient, observable, and scalable cloud-native services. Employ AI-assisted development tools (e. g. , GitHub Copilot, MCP-integrated IDEs, LLMs) to improve code quality, productivity, and testing efficiency. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, maintaining open communication, mutual respect, and shared ownership of outcomes. The team works at the intersection of cloud computing, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation, enabling enterprises to manage and analyze data seamlessly across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Join us in shaping the future of data and intelligence?solving some of the most complex challenges in scalability, performance, and interoperability, and helping the world?s leading companies turn data into actionable insights and innovation What Makes You a Qualified Candidate At least 5+ years of experience in building robust software applications and 2+ years designing and deploying systems on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with one or more additional languages such as Java, Go, or C++. Experience in agent development, runtime systems, or LLM-based solutions. Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and NLP frameworks. Solid understanding of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and operational monitoring for cloud based systems. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
