We’re Hiring: Senior AI Engineer (Cloud & Automation) – India

At Austell, we’re expanding our cloud and AI capability to enable new ways for business teams to interact with enterprise data and processes—securely, responsibly, and at scale.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong cloud experience who enjoys turning complex enterprise data into intuitive, natural interactions, and building AI-enabled automation and RPA solutions that deliver real operational value.

The kind of work you’ll enjoy:

• Designing intelligent interfaces where users can ask questions and receive meaningful, contextual responses

• Building cloud-based AI pipelines across structured and unstructured enterprise data

• Applying semantic understanding, retrieval techniques, and orchestration logic to real business problems

• Developing AI-driven automation and RPA implementations to streamline manual or repetitive workflows

• Engineering solutions that are secure, governed, and production-ready in regulated environments

This role will suit you if you have:

• Experience with conversational or query-driven AI systems

• Strong cloud engineering fundamentals (Azure or equivalent platforms)

• Hands-on experience building AI systems integrated with automation or RPA platforms

• A mindset focused on robustness, auditability, and long-term maintainability
