Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Research the latest LLMs, GenAI tools, and AI infrastructure for relevant product opportunities.
• Build and refine LLM-powered POCs for analytics use cases.
• Evaluate the right approach across prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and model choice.
• Improve performance across latency, accuracy, cost, reliability, and UX.
• Run experiments across data prep, retrieval, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Turn strong POCs into scalable designs for production.
• Mentor junior team members on LLM systems and AI experimentation.

Essential Experience and Skillset

• At least 1 year focused on Generative AI and LLM systems: Strong experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, LLM evaluation, and optimizing for latency, inference performance, and production trade-offs.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering/data science, or a PhD in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Good grounding in machine learning and NLP.
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph.
