Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, focusing on generative applications that power creativity and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications. Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle : data acquisition, pre-processing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI seamlessly into Ai products and solutions. Continuously optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging AI technologies and research for practical adoption. Maintain clear documentation to support reproducibility and team knowledge sharing. Requirements: Bachelor?s/Master?s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML model development. Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar models). Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal AI. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Good to Have: Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and building custom pipelines. Familiarity with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), or vector databases.
