Mathnix Edge is looking for a performance-driven Sr. Affiliate Manager to manage and scale international CPL/CPA campaigns across Tier-1 markets. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, media buying, and campaign optimization.

• Build, manage, and scale affiliate/publisher partnerships
• Run and optimize CPL / CPA / CPS campaigns
• Handle end-to-end campaign execution and scaling
• Monitor EPC, ROI, retention rate, and delivery performance
• Identify winning campaigns and scale strategically
• Manage budgets, margins, and campaign profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client KPIs

• 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of CPL / CPA / CPS models
• Experience in publisher onboarding and scaling
• Knowledge of media buying and arbitrage strategies
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Everflow, Affise, Offer18, HasOffers, Cake, etc.
• Experience managing Tier-1 GEO campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills

• Experience in Finance, Insurance, Sweepstakes, Loans, or similar verticals
• Understanding of TCPA and compliance policies
• Existing affiliate/publisher network connections
