Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Officer with experience in end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete accounting functions for Indian as well as international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping
Prepare and review financial statements
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Work on KPO/international accounting/Indian accounting (UK/US clients, prefer)
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Experience in complete bookkeeping cycle
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
Familiarity with Tally, Excel, QuickBooks, or Xero
Good communication and client-handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA dropout / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

3–6 years of relevant experience

Training & Company Policy:

The company will provide 3 months of training to the selected candidate
Candidates are required to submit a security deposit cheque of an amount decided by the company
In case the candidate leaves the organization during or immediately after the training period, training charges will be applicable as per company policy

Preferred Candidate Profile:
