Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our jeweller production unit. This role will involve managing accounts, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Metal and inventory audit
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• jewellery experience required
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
