We are hiring a Senior Accounting Associate / Senior Accountant for a full‑time, on‑site role in Amritsar.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements for local and global clients
• Managing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Using accounting software (Tally, Busy, QuickBooks Online, Xero) to maintain accurate records
• Providing analytical insights to support decision‑making
• Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
• Coordinating with auditors and assisting in statutory and tax audits
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality control
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/MBA/CA)
• Proven experience in financial reporting, audit preparation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, QBO, Xero, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting standards.
• Exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and Companies Act compliance
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff while managing multiple deadlines
