Job Title: Senior Accountant Company: KIWI Kisan Window, Pvt. Ltd. Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions. Monitor and improve internal controls to enhance financial integrity. Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations. Qualifications & Experiences: Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
