Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mysuru. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial transactions, maintain financial records, and verify financial data for accuracy. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing financial reports. The Senior Accountant will also provide insights for budgeting, cost control, and policy implementation while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing accounts, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Tax compliance, payroll management, and financial analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are a plus
• Prior experience in handling financial operations within the building materials industry will be advantageous
