Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, handling tax filings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while maintaining financial integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Budgeting
• Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Regulations
• Experience in using Accounting Software and ERP Systems
• Analytical and Strategic Financial Planning skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
