About the Role

We are looking for a highly accountable Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements. This isn't a routine accounting role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, collaborates across teams, and helps build robust financial processes that scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
•  Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance with timely filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Leverage ERP systems and automation tools to improve efficiency
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com with 4-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation or AI tools is an added advantage.
