Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet accounts by verifying, recording, and reconciling financial transactions while resolving discrepancies.

• Manage and monitor budgets, conduct financial analysis and forecasting, investigate variances, and provide recommendations.

• Monitor project costings, analyze financial performance, and forecast according to business requirements.

• Ensure all project-related costs are recorded and assigned correctly within the Odoo system.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required by management.

• Verify sales invoices, update customer balances, and manage accounts receivable records.

Qualifications

. Knowledge of Odoo System

• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget analysis, and forecasting
• Experience with tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• 7+ years of accounting experience; prior work in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
• Power BI knowledge is a Plus
