Ovo Farm is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation to manage high-volume invoicing, customer payments, receivable tracking, and account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple customer ledgers, billing records, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of large transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer invoicing, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries
• Track outstanding receivables and support timely collections
• Perform regular customer ledger reconciliation
• Reconcile invoices, payments, deductions, claims, and settlements
• Handle distributor, retailer, and e-commerce receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate records in Tally, ERP, Zoho, SAP, or similar systems
• Prepare receivable aging and reconciliation reports

Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent commerce background
• 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or reconciliation
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in follow-ups
