Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong technical accounting expertise. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting operational leaders with accurate financial insights.

Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting operational leaders with accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to support key initiatives and processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) required
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in multi-location retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments is a plus
Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
