Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Sector 1, Noida

Young Edsplorer Pvt Ltd is a growing EdTech organization looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance, accounting, compliance, and statutory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Oversee GST, TDS, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and regulatory filings.
• Handle PF, ESIC, labour law compliances, and coordinate with relevant government departments.
• Manage departmental visits, audits, and statutory inspections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
• Manage international accounting activities and ensure compliance with applicable accounting practices.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Prior experience as an Accounts Manager in an EdTech organization is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, accounting entries, statutory compliances, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in international accounting will be an added advantage.
