About PiHue Creations: PiHue Creations is a handmade rug manufacturing company headquartered in Bhadohi, specializing in premium handwoven rugs with RWS-certified materials. We work across the complete production lifecycle—from order intake to dispatch—with a focus on quality, traceability, and operational excellence.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage all purchase-side operations and costing. You will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase accounting in Tally, cost data management in our custom costing platform, audit readiness, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all purchase operations including vendor selection, quotation negotiation, and order placement for raw materials (wool, cotton, dyes, packaging)
• Maintain vendor performance records and compliance
• Process invoices, GRNs, and payment entries with full audit trail in Tally
• Calculate TDS (Section 194C) and ensure GST compliance
• Guide and mentor junior accountants and data entry staff
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, income tax, and labor laws

What You Bring:

• 4-6 years of experience in purchase accounting or manufacturing finance
• Expert-level knowledge of Tally ERP (GST, TDS, payroll, multi-currency)
• Strong understanding of GST compliance and statutory requirements
• Experience conducting or preparing for statutory/internal audits
• Previous experience in rug manufacturing industry (strongly preferred)
