Job Description: Project Manager ? Creative & Operational Support Overview We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Project Manager to enhance our team?s ability to manage creative development, streamline operations, and codify processes across multiple workstreams. This person will support both BCM full-time employees and Paragon team members , ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and accurate documentation. Importantly, this is not just a note-taking or task-taking role . The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in areas such as creative development, media management, digital advertising, paid social, and related disciplines , allowing them to understand the work at hand and provide meaningful project management leadership. They should help us improve workflows, optimize efficiencies, and elevate team operations , not simply record or follow tasks. Key Responsibilities Creative Development Oversight Capture and organize meeting notes, action items, and project updates with a strong understanding of creative and advertising workflows. Create, maintain, and track project trackers to ensure tasks are on time and on scope. Partner with creative teams to align priorities and follow up on deliverables. Project Coordination & Documentation Standardize and document processes for creative, media, and reporting workflows. Serve as a central point of organization between BCM and Paragon, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into project status. Codify best practices and maintain living documentation for easy onboarding and reference. Platform & Process Management (monday.com) Build, manage, and optimize project boards, workflows, and automations in monday.com. Create dashboards and templates that increase efficiency and improve team collaboration. Train team members to use monday.com effectively and troubleshoot issues as needed. Operational Support Beyond Creative Assist in centralizing and automating processes related to media management and reporting management. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommend system improvements. Support leadership in implementing scalable project management practices across teams. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, ideally within creative, media, or digital advertising environments. Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to capture details and translate them into clear action plans. Hands-on experience with monday.com (required), with a strong focus on automation, dashboard creation, and ease of management. Familiarity with workflows in creative production, digital advertising, and paid media. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and proactively identify solutions.
