Job Description

We?re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can lead client relationships end-to-end while bringing strong expertise in Social Media Management and Paid Media performance. You?ll be the strategic partner for brands, ensuring seamless execution, measurable results, and consistently high-quality work from the internal teams. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management Own client communication, expectations, and relationship building. Understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable strategies for SMM + Paid Media. Lead campaign planning, approvals, timelines, and deliveries. Present strategies, monthly plans, and performance reports confidently. Social Media Management Drive the creation of monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and platform-specific strategies. Ensure content quality, relevancy, and brand alignment across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Work closely with creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping content. Paid Media Leadership Build and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms. Set up performance KPIs, budgets, and optimization strategies. Interpret analytics, build insights, and convert them into clear recommendations for the client. Partner with performance specialists to ensure campaigns deliver ROI and growth. Team & Process Management Guide and mentor junior AMs/AEs on daily account operations. Ensure smooth coordination between creative, strategy, and performance teams. Maintain high standards of delivery, communication, and reporting. Requirements 3?6 years of experience in account management at a digital/creative agency. Strong understanding of organic social media + paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Ability to balance creativity with numbers?comfortable with both content and analytics. Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead multiple accounts and handle fast-paced campaigns. Nice-to-Haves Experience with influencer marketing, ORM, or brand strategy. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
