Role: Senior Account Executive

Location: Bengaluru

As a Sr. Account Executive in our Finance team, you’ll have the chance to:

• Own Compliances (Direct, Indirect, Company secretarial, etc.).
• TDS, GST, advance tax PF/ESI/PT workings, reconciliation, returns and compliances.
• Preparation of Financial statements and Form 3CD.
• Support in Statutory, Tax and transfer pricing audits and filings.
• Leading the audit and closing audit queries independently.
• Co-ordination with Company Secretary to ensure all compliances are in place.
• Good working knowledge of accounting standards.
• Monthly book closure process.
• Forex revaluation, multi-currency bank reconciliations.
• Employee expenses review and processing.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
• Plan, organize and manage your own workload.
  
  

Who are your stakeholders?

• External- Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, Tax consultants (direct and indirect), Company Secretaries
• Internal- Internal Auditors, Global Tax team, Global Finance team, India Finance team.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Qualification –CA qualified (6 months -3 years exp) with good taxation knowledge & exposure
  
  

Must have skills-

• Experience in handling direct and indirect compliances.
• Experience in preparation of financial statements and Form 3CD.
• Experience in handling company secretarial compliance
• An organized approach and excellent time management skills.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
• Good communication skills, good level of English spelling and grammar.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent with MS excel, MS Office.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Big 5 articleship experience.
  
  

Good To Have Skills-

• Experience in monthly book closure.
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
