Role Description As a Senior 3D Archviz Artist at C R E S T, you will lead the creation of high-quality architectural visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, setting up scenes, materials, lighting, and camera compositions to achieve photorealistic images and animations. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with architects, designers, and marketing teams, interpreting architectural drawings and briefs, and translating them into compelling visual narratives. You will guide junior artists, review and refine their work, and ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring close coordination with the studio team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and experience with industry-standard render engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
• Skills in materials, lighting, and composition for photorealistic stills and animations, with a solid understanding of color, mood, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations, with a good grasp of architecture and interior design fundamentals.
• Experience in post-production and image enhancement using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising junior artists, with strong collaboration and communication skills in a studio environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Visual Arts, Design, Animation, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
• Prior experience in an architectural visualization studio or real estate-focused visualization role; familiarity with cinematic approaches to archviz is a plus.
