Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Indore. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the operation, management, and maintenance of residential or commercial properties, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and tenant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include tenant relations, property inspections, vendor management, financial management, budget preparation, and compliance with regulations. The role also involves supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing any property-related concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of property management principles, vendor coordination, and tenant relations
  • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Proficient in property maintenance management and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in property management or related roles is preferred
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing stakeholder concerns
