Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited (TSMPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

TSMPL (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

1.Responsibilities for transfer of 28-110nm technologies Mask related spec / definition from partner facilities. Work with Fab teams to enable smooth transfer

2.Integration responsibilities to set up Mask quality and cycle time rule to 28-110nm platform technologies

3.Co-work with Fab such like LT/PEI/Metrology … as needed, to implement / enhance Mask quality requirement.

4. Manage Vendor on Mask quality and capacity /cycle time requirement

5. Build up the Mask capacity and quality system

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or M.S in Electrical Engineering, Science Engineering , IT Engineering , Math Engineering or equivalent
2. Strong understanding of Mask related and Mask making process related
3. Deep understanding of Mask quality parameter such like 3 sigma , tolerance ……
4. Deep understanding of Capacity / Cycle time management
5. Ability to work across different cultures and geographies
6. Good team player
7. Innovation and competitive mindset

Desired Experience Level

1. 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, most of which will be in the Data Mask field
2. Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production
3. Proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
