The Security Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our global clients and visitors. This role is pivotal to creating a great first impression and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You will manage front office operations efficiently while being proactive about security protocols.

The Security Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our global clients and visitors. You will manage front office operations efficiently while being proactive about security protocols.
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls
- Handle inquiries and provide information about company services and operations
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and manage calendar events
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and order
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Monitor access to the premises and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct security screenings and manage visitor logs
- Coordinate with the security team to handle emergency situations
- Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to the management immediately

- Regular computer usage.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
- Travel, as required.
