Job Description

As a Security Officer Lobby Desk - Mornings in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence for visitors, members, and staff. In this stationary role, you will help to monitor access, assist with visitor interactions, and support security-related procedures through clear communication and attentive service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Greet visitors, members, and staff, verify identification and/or appointment details, and maintain front desk logs and records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, report unusual behavior and/or policy violations, and help to support an orderly environment at the location.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
