Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel have access.
• Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, and report any suspicious activities.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and clients by providing directions and ensuring their safety and security.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols and guidelines.
• Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Emergency Handling: Act swiftly and effectively in emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
• Communication: Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as required.
• Equipment Handling: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel and team members to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

• Educational Qualification: 10th Pass and above.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in security services.
• Skills: Strong observational and communication skills.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
