Job Description
To plan, implement, and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions including manpower planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, talent management , talent development, employee life cycle management, performance management systems, employee engagement activities, and payroll management, in collaboration with the Corporate Office and Central HR Team (HR GCC..
The role involves driving and executing HR initiatives, policies, and programs rolled out by the Corporate Office, while ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy, statutory compliance, operational efficiency, and a consistent employee experience across Central Services, Welspun Anjar.
This role also requires a deep understanding of employee services, including safety, security, accommodation, transport, social gatherings, liaison, and central events, enabling all business and manufacturing units to focus entirely on their core responsibilities.
Principal Accountabilities
Conduct comprehensive manpower planning and prepare the Annual Manpower Budget in consultation with Heads of Departments of Welspun Central Services ensuring alignment with organizational goalsbr Manage the endtoend employee life cycle including recruitment onboarding confirmation performance management learning and development engagement employee relations and separation processes to ensure a seamless experience for all employeesbr Handle and resolve employee grievances related to payroll policy attendance and other HRrelated issues maintaining a positive and productive work environmentbr Verify and ensure statutory compliance of contract manpower in line with applicable labor laws and organizational policies safeguarding the company from legal risksbr Conduct new joiner meetings at onemonth and threemonth intervals to review onboarding experiences address concerns and support smooth integration into the organizationbr Conduct exit interviews to capture feedback and insights for continuous improvement of HR processes and employee satisfactionbr Assess and identify critical roles within the organization map potential successors and facilitate structured development plans including Individual Development Plans IDPs OntheJob Training OJT mentoring and targeted training programsbr Plan and execute employee engagement activities and facilitate oneonone interactions to address employee concerns and enhance workplace engagement and moralebr Implement and drive Corporate Office HR initiatives and programs at Welspun Anjar city ensuring alignment with business objectives and effectiveness in executionbr Collaborate with Business and HR Heads to align Central Services requirements with HR initiatives fostering a cohesive and strategic approach to human resource management
