About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Secretarial Trainee to support the Secretarial & Compliance team in ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements. This role offers hands-on exposure to board processes, statutory compliance, and corporate filings.


Job Title: Secretarial Trainee

Duration: 6-Month Internship

Location: Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of Board and Committee meeting documents (agenda, notes, and minutes)
  • Support ROC filings and ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
  • Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records
  • Assist with documentation related to corporate actions and regulatory filings
  • Provide general secretarial and compliance support as required


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidate pursuing CS Executive / CS Professional from ICSI
  • Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliances
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
