Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures, managing baggage, and coordinating with other airport staff to ensure efficient service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures
• Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded and unloaded correctly
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and address any queries or concerns
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth functioning of airport operations
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure airport environment
• Maintain a neat and clean work area at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Assist in any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• Minimum secondary school education
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of local language and English is preferred
