IT Project Manager – Summary

Experience Required:

• Prior experience as an IT Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Experience handling US/International clients is preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience managing WordPress, Shopify, and PHP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end website development projects.
• Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, support, and technology) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track client requirements, escalations, and project progress.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle project documentation, monthly retainers, and client receivables.
• Lead project planning and keep internal teams updated on deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong project management and client handling skills.
• Good knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and PHP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and strong coordination skills.
