Role Description

We are looking for an AI-driven SEO Lead who can fully own and scale our on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts. This role is pure SEO – no generic marketing tasks. If you love data, automation, and using AI tools to drive growth, you will excel here. 

Key Responsibilities 

On-Page SEO 

1. Own the content strategy for service pages, city pages, and D2C product pages. 
2. Create and optimize keyword clusters for hyperlocal, D2C, and insurance segments. 
3. Improve internal linking, schema, page experience, and topical authority. 

Off-Page SEO 

1. Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat strategies. 
2. Manage city-wise authority building for 50+ local service pages. 
3. Collaborate with PR & influencers for organic mentions. 

Technical SEO 

1. Conduct regular site audits (crawl budget, site speed, indexing issues). 
2. Work with developers to fix core web vitals, sitemaps, and structured data. 
3. Manage 100+ dynamic hyperlocal pages using automation and AI tools. 

AI & Data-Driven Growth 

1. Use AI for content brief generation, keyword clustering, competitor gap analysis, and reporting. 
2. Build automated dashboards for traffic, keyword movement, and conversions. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3–6 years of pure SEO experience (not mixed with SMM/SEM). 
• Strong understanding of local SEO & ecommerce SEO. 
• Hands-on experience with below tools like: 
• Google Search Console (GSC) 
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) 
• Ahrefs 
• SEMrush 
• Screaming Frog 
• ChatGPT / AI tools 
• Ability to scale organic traffic across multiple cities. 
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
