Designation: Search Engine Optimization – SEO Executive/ Social Media Manager

Role Purpose: To enhance GL Bajaj’s online presence, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic.

1. Knowledge

• Smart Keyword Research – Identify high-impact search terms to drive traffic & connect with the target audience.
• Powerful Off-Page SEO – Boost rankings with strategic link-building, social media engagement & directory submissions.
• High-Quality Link Building – Secure authoritative backlinks to enhance domain credibility & search visibility.
• SEO-Optimized Content – Create engaging blog posts, articles & landing pages to attract organic traffic.
• Competitive SEO Insights – Analyze competitors’ strategies, find gaps & stay ahead in the industry.
• Social Media Growth – Manage social media, create interactive content & strengthen brand presence.
• Google My Business (GMB) Optimization – Maximize local search visibility & customer engagement.
• Deadline-Driven Execution – Deliver tasks with precision, efficiency & marketing excellence.

2.Functional Skills

• Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing.
• Experience in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not mandatory).

4.Qualification & Years of Experience as per norms:

• A postgraduate degree
• Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO
• Educational Industry Experience is desirable.
