We are looking for SEA & RAIL FREIGHT OPERATOR to our Budapest office, located in the 9th district!

Your Responsibilities

• Coordination and control of the sea and rail transportation processes both inbound & outbound
• Issue all relevant documentation
• Daily contact with subcontractors, service providers (shipping lines, terminals, etc.)
• Close cooperation with QCS offices and freight forwarding agents worldwide on daily basis
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with proactive solutions & communication
• Purchase rate negotiations 
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure financial order by checking of incoming and preparation of outgoing invoices
• Coordination of customs services
• Meet qualitative and quantitative KPIs in terms of service level, data entry, customer experience

Your Skills And Experiences

• 1-3 years of professional experience in sea freight forwarding FCL/LCL (mainly import, export is an advantage)
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to make quick and accurate decisions (under time pressure)
• Proactive and “can do” attitude
• Customer focused mindset (orientation for direct collaboration with Clients)  
• Dynamic personality
• Active and Fluent English knowledge (written, verbal)
• MS Office skills
• Willingness and ability to change and develop
• Act as a team member
