- Lead AMS delivery as a Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager, ensuring smooth operations end‑to‑end.
- Monitor, implement, and govern AMS KPIs/SLAs as per GDC standards.
- Drive the team to resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem tickets following ITIL processes.
- Analyze backlogs, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely ticket movement within ServiceNow.
- Engage with customers regularly, providing clear communication and proactive updates.
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with mandatory Bangalore location.
- Proven experience in AMS Project Management or SDM roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, incident/problem/change workflows.
- Ability to analyze operations, prioritize issues, and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
- Technical background in Salesforce, Azure, or GCP, plus ServiceNow exposure is preferred.
