We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (SDE-1) to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, focusing on microservices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex projects independently. Develop and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Golang Architect and implement microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, security, and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps) to design and deliver high-quality solutions Ensure system reliability by implementing best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentoring junior engineers Work on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes & Docker Optimize databases and APIs for performance and scalability Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the adoption of new technologies when relevant Requirements What Are We Looking For? 1-4 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java and Golang In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker) Hands-on experience in building and scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems) Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work independently on large-scale projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Top Tier-1 institution (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, top global universities, etc.) is strongly preferred Who Will Excel?
