Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern. The SDE Intern will be responsible for assisting in back-end web development, participating in software development projects, programming, and applying object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. The intern will work closely with senior developers to learn and implement industry best practices, contribute to various development tasks, and support the team in delivering high-quality software solutions. Qualifications A foundational understanding of Computer Science Experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development Knowledge of Software Development practices Basic proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
