1. Frontend Engineer (React.js / Angular) Key Responsibilities Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js/Angular , Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability. Implement reusable components and frontend architecture best practices. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and improve user-facing workflows. Ensure app stability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Required Skills 1?8 years of experience in React.js development. Mandatory: Entire career in product-based companies . Mandatory: Prior experience building consumer-facing (B2C) applications at scale. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, version control (Git). Experience with UI performance optimization, caching, and modern design patterns. Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility. 2. Backend Engineer (Java / Python / Golang / Node.js) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices. Build scalable, high-performance systems capable of serving large B2C user bases. Work with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data stores. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security best practices. Optimize service performance, latency, and throughput. Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams on new features. Required Skills 1?8 years of backend development experience in Java / Python / Golang / Node.js . Mandatory: Continuous work history in product-based companies only (no service/consulting). Mandatory: Experience in B2C application development , high-traffic systems, and user scaling. Strong understanding of microservices, API design, event-driven architecture. Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud systems and CI/CD pipelines.
